Shipping & Processing Information

We know you're excited to receive your hair and we’re just as excited to get it to you! Here’s everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. This does not include weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days, but we always work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping

Once your order is processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers and include tracking for your peace of mind.

Express Shipping

Need your order fast? We offer Express Shipping (1–3 business days) for an additional fee. This option is perfect if you’re shopping last-minute or need your hair for a special event.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

  • Shipping timeframes are in addition to processing time.
