Q: How do I store my bundles or wig when not in use?

A: Keep hair in a satin bag or on a mannequin head, in a cool, dry place. This helps maintain its shape and protects it from dust and tangling.

Q: Does the hair shed or tangle?

A: Minimal shedding is normal, but our hair our hair hair double wefted for thickness and durability. To prevent tangling, brush daily, wrap your hair at night, and avoid product buildup.

Can I bleach or dye my bundles ?

A: Yes! Our hair is 100% raw human hair and can be dyed, bleached up to 613, or toned. We recommend having a professional stylist color your hair for best results.

Q: How should I wash the hair?

A: Use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Wash gently in a downward motion and avoid rough scrubbing to reduce shedding and tangling. We recommend Nexus or Tresses products! T

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 3-7 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (extra charge applies).

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are FINAL. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer exchanges and store credit within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the USA. For orders under that amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
